This past fall, Heather McAnear reached out to myself and several other women within our church body about sharing some of our giftings or hobbies as an activity to get to know other women within the church. When she approached me, I felt unworthy and like her specific request felt a little ambiguous and I wasn’t sure how to even present it; not to mention if anyone would even be interested in signing up!
Church plus charcuterie, what could be better? This past Fall, women participated in various classes to learn an assortment of skills. When Heather asked if I would teach a charcuterie class, I said absolutely! I own a charcuterie business and teach classes often, however most of the time it is to people I have never met! It was sure fun to gather all together and for ladies to try something they have never done before.
