If there’s one thing we girls can all agree on, it’s this…being a woman is not easy! Fortunately, God never meant for us girls to do life alone. He carefully wired every one of us for relationships. For connection. But even connecting well isn’t easy, is it? So that’s our first goal here at Council Road Women:
CONNECT women to God and each other.
We want to provide encouragement and environments to help make that happen. To move beyond the surface and help each other really connect in meaningful ways. Ways that result in feeling known, heard and loved. Once connected, we want to:
EQUIP women to grow in their faith and relationships.
We want to help one another to be all God designed us to be. To be the very best versions of ourselves. We want to spur one another on to know and trust and experience Him so deeply that it beautifully spills over into the relationships in our lives. And lastly, we long to:
INSPIRE women to use their God-given gifts to boldly impact the world for Christ.
If we’ve accepted Christ as our Savior and the Boss of our very lives, Scripture promises that God gives us spiritual gifts. And those gifts are given for one reason: “for the good of one another.” (1 Corinthians 12:7) We want to help one another determine, develop and display our individual gifts so we more purposely will “motivate one another to acts of love and good works.” (Hebrews 10:24)
More than anything, our goal at here at Council Road Women is to CONNECT, EQUIP and INSPIRE women on their journey with God and others. We would love for you to join us!
