My friend, Kyla Pace, is one of those women who oozes Jesus. I’ve known her for over a decade, through some of the most challenging seasons of her life, and can honestly say that Kyla walked as intimately with Jesus in good health as she did throughout her recent battle with cancer…in fact, I’d say she walked even closer in the crisis.
Vickey has been a dear friend and ministry partner for two decades. As such, I’ve had the privilege of watching her in and out of some of the most joyful and heart-breaking seasons of her life.
During the month of February, our Council Road Women’s Ministry is talking about sharing the love. Not just chocolate-hearts-and-roses kind of “Valentisey love”, but all the ways we humans love.
I am so very excited to introduce you to my beautiful friend, Hayley Bobay, wife to Cody and mom to Ty and Parker. Hayley has been involved in the fitness world for many years and in several different ways; creating in her a passion to encourage women toward a healthy lifestyle – not for aesthetic reasons, but to serve God fully out of a healthy mind, heart and body.
Peggy has been rolling out perfect pie crusts and satisfying sweet tooths for years. Baking has always been a big part of the Diefenderfer family. For many years, they had a dream of opening a quaint, inviting cafe serving cupcakes and gourmet coffee to Oklahoma City. Almost 10 years ago, that dream finally came to life as Cuppies and Joe!
To make a global impact for Christ, we need ministry partners all over the world. One of our CRBC partners, Crio International, is making a dramatic difference by caring for orphans and building churches in vulnerable communities in Africa. By equipping local church leaders, Crio’s mission is simple: providing hope and sustainable change to the people of Africa. Not only do I love Crio’s ministry strategy, their co-founder, Janice Hesser, is my mom and I can honestly say she has spent her life serving others.
